Vista Verde North 5-232

Condo was well equipped with all we needed, and very clean as well. Any questions we had prior to and during our stay was answered by Sandy Beach.

We have stayed at several different units at Vista Verde over the past few years- and this was the nicest yet. This unit was nicely updated, especially the kitchen and the bathrooms. Our first impression was “wow”. Everything was very clean and the unit was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The furnishings were all top-notch with comfortable couches and a comfortable king bed. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the golf course. All the appliances (including washer & dryer) were good. Although, the dishwasher was a bit noisy, compared to our very quiet one at home. The pool was very nice - but there was no shade. There are a few tables with umbrellas- but those were taken early every day, often by people putting towels or other belongings on them to “reserve them”. Sandy Beach was great to work with- they got us the information we needed on schedule and they replied to our questions very quickly. One note - be aware that this unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator. The concrete steps are getting more difficult to manage with things like suitcases as we get a little older.
