Coastal Living in Treasure Island – 1BR Bayfront Escape

The room was clean and roomy enough for our family. I really liked the location as the beach and pool were both short walks away. We had a great time staying there!

Lands End condo community is a true hidden gem. The community is well maintained with security at the front gate. This 1 bedroom condo could be a 5 stars with a few updates. Carpet and rug needs to go. Both are very worn. The screen sliders need replaced. Blinds need replaced.New cookware would be great. We stated for a month and a half so we did cook a lot. This is a very comfortable 1 bedroom with plenty of closet space. Bedroom is spacious also. It is an end unit. You overlook the canal and parking area. A lot of car traffic but did not bother us. During Jan/Feb the balcony was in the shade. We rented thru Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals. They were very responsive with any issues.
