This condo was truly a home away from home during my extended stay while my house was under construction. It is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and spacious, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to feel settled right away. The long balcony, accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room, quickly became my favorite spot. I loved spending time on the outdoor chaise, enjoying meals at the bistro table, and watching dolphins pass while enjoying breathtaking sunsets daily. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed facing the water, along with an impressively spacious walk-in closet, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and a nicely sized closet. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers, and the cabinetry throughout the condo is so well designed that everything has its place, which was especially appreciated during a long stay.The décor strikes the perfect balance between elevated Florida beach style and cozy comfort, and the condo is equipped with everything you might need. The owner, Chuck, was kind and thoughtful, checking in during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable.All in all, this condo felt like both a retreat and a second home, giving me the comfort I needed during a stressful time while still providing the feeling of a vacation. I am so grateful for the experience and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Very nice and very clean inside

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or stay here again. Everything has been thoughtfully updated, including the bathrooms, and the entire space is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals in the condo whenever we wanted. The beds were very comfortable, and there’s plenty of storage space, including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom—such a convenient feature. The 5G WiFi was super fast and reliable, which made it easy for us to work during our stay. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offers a stunning, wide-open view of Boca Ciega Bay. Watching the sunset from there was a real treat and something we looked forward to every evening. The development itself is clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe throughout our stay. Sandy Beach, the management company, was excellent—quick to respond to inquiries and very helpful. Another great feature was the assigned parking spot, conveniently located near the building entrance, and there were also guest parking spots available by the swimming pool.
