Villa Madeira #605 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Unit WIFI

This is the second time staying in this condo. This property is perfect for many reasons. Yes there was some construction going on at the complex but it did not bother us much. The condo is well stocked with essential items and was the perfect size for us.

Everything was great with the exception of the construction in the parking lot. Had to move our vehicle one day with already limited parking and another day we came back to the property and the construction lift was blocking the only entrance. Other than that our stay was relaxing and we always stay in the Madeira Beach area. Been coming down for over 20 years.

All communication was replied to quickly and friendly. The condo was clean with a great location and amazing ocean views. Will definitely stay here again!

The apartment itself is beautiful—charming, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The balcony with ocean views was truly stunning and one of the highlights of our stay.Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the lack of transparency from the property management company, Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals. At no point before arrival were we informed that the building was undergoing major repairs, that the pool would be closed, or that parking would be severely limited due to construction. These issues significantly disrupted our stay, with constant noise, dust, and workers moving through the property.The management company was quick to send emails about refund policies, traveler’s insurance, and check-in/check-out rules, yet failed to communicate something as critical as the loss of access to amenities and disruptions due to construction.After contacting Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals, we received only brief text responses apologizing for the parking situation. They downplayed the seriousness of the construction and refused to offer any refund or resolution, even though they admitted that they had failed to inform us and could not prove the pool closure was listed at the time of booking. I will not be booking with Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals again, and I would caution others to be wary of listings managed by them.

We travel with the whole family to Madeira Beach every spring. Stayed at different condos every time. This is the nicest place yet. The view was beautiful. The condo was clean and well stocked. Entertainment was within walking distance. We hope to make this our go to for years to come.
