Nice unit for a week long stay. Two sizable bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was really well equipped for cooking. All furniture was in good condition and comfy. Nice pool just across the parking lot. Neighborhood was quiet and great for walking - property grounds well cared for. Beaches and restaurants 3-5 miles away. A 15 min drive to get to downtown St. Petersburg and 35 min drive to get to downtown Tampa. Property Management was very friendly and responsive. Checked in with us to ensure our stay was going well and to see if we needed anything. Overall a very comfortable accommodation for our stay in St. Petersburg.

This was our third time staying at the rental and we absolutely love it! Checking in and out was so easy and the rental company welcomes you with emails and texts and upon your departure. They are very available and easy to contact for anything. Everything you need is right there! You will not be disappointed! We’re booking again!!!
