La Coquina 306: Beachside Comfort - 2BD/2BA

What a perfect getaway.Great location for the beach and bar/restaraunts .A convenient gas station next door.The condo itself was great and the swimming pool very nice .Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We left 2 umbrellas for everyone to enjoy you cannot go wrong staying there.It was our first time staying here but now you will see us next year .Thanks for making our stay enjoyable and easy!!!

The Condo was clean, good location cloase to beach and resturants.

We enjoyed staying in this attractive, large, comfortable unit! The kitchen had what we needed to prep quick meals and had a stackable laundry unit. We loved the large walk in shower with pebble floor. The unit is located across the street from the ocean and has a lovely view, with a safety crossing very close. Unfortunately there is a lot of road noise from early morning to late at night. The pool was warm and well maintained, nice furniture around the pool patio area. The location is great, about 1.5 mile walk to John’s Pass, lots of restaurants and grocery stores only a short drive away. Keyless door lock and under building parking was convenient. We were very pleased!

When you first get onsite you will have to park under condo as it may be quite challenging. However, there is plenty of other parking. You'll get 2 parking passes. Condo was very spacious, updated, and offered awesome unobstructive views of the Gulf. The community is still rebuilding but the area is still lively with tourist. John's pass is an awesome place to fish, sight see, and do attractions.

Very clean and Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals never disappoints! We would def stay here again! And having The Reef and Caddy’s just two blocks away was perfect for convenient food and drinks.
