We love this property and have stayed here several times. The unit is well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. It is a great location in beautiful Isla del Sol. Steps from the community pool that is kept at a perfect 87 degrees year-round. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can watch dolphins all day and an occasional manatee as well.

We booked this vacation at the last minute and were thrilled to find this beautiful condo available. It was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions/restaurants, especially Pass-a-Grille, where we spent many of our evenings. We enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. We look forward to coming back!

Nice place to stay. Booked it quickly due to cancelled trip to Oahu! Kitchen had everything needed, bed were comfortable, pool area was beautiful and parking spot convenient. Located perfectly around all the beaches. Easy checkin and it served its purpose. I would stay again.

The property management team is very helpful and responsive. This unit has wonderful open water, pool, sunrise, and sunset views. We enjoyed viewing wildlife from the comfortable balcony, including: osprey, kingfisher, pelicans, dolphins, egrets, and Great Blue Herons. The pool and hot tub are generously sized, sparkling clean, and comfortable temperatures for winter. We enjoyed walking the lush and manicured grounds while greeting friendly residents. We found the couch to be comfortable and the beds firm. The unit is generously sized, but the glass topped coffee table’s angles can impede the flow through the living room, be careful. We agree with another reviewer that the paint and some furniture is showing its wear. We wished we had brought our beach umbrella spike/auger, as the umbrella provided doesn’t have a spike or auger and we were unable to secure it well in sand. There is one functioning beach lounger.The dishwasher door requires special care to make the machine seal, once it does seal the wash cycle performs as expected. Having access to the in unit full sized washer and dryer was a definite plus. This is a relatively quiet location with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and downtown St Pete. Parking is convenient and the shared lobby was clean and pleasantly decorated for the holidays.
