Land's End 11-401: Gulf Front Paradise - 2BD/2BA,

We have stayed at Lands End multiple times and love the complex. We were notified last minute of construction in the original unit we rented and had to switch to this one. The view from this unit is amazing but the inside definitely needs some tlc. We made the best of the situation but we were not comfortable. Nothing has been updated in many years. Walls were cracked, electrical outlets were iffy (fire sparks when plugging charger in and hallway outlet shows evidence of fire), mold on back door and valance, blinds broken ,bathrooms needed major work, microwave doesn’t turn anymore, Mr coffee maker had not been cleaned but luckily there was a second pot that was in better condition, and it’s in need of a deep clean. When I booked I forgot to change the #of people but immediately sent the email and they confirmed 6 people would be there. We planned on sleeping on the sofa sleeper but we were not left sheets (they did offer to bring some but we already bought them) and the bed itself seemed to have a long life (wasn’t gonna work for older adults). We ended up buying an air mattress that we left there for future renters . The view from this room is amazing so if you are strictly there to sleep you will be fine. They did have some beach chairs and umbrellas and we ended up leaving two nicer chairs as well. We will continue to book at Lands End however we would not return to this unit. It is desperately in need of some TLC. Had there been another unit available we would have moved.

This was our 3rd stay in this condo. We love it! Plan to book same unit for next year’s spring break

Yes, it was a clean unit. Just wish the door knob had a keypad on it or a key Swiper instead of using a key each time. But overall it was a nice unit and great view

We are coming to Lands End for 10 years now and it never dissapoints. We love this community and we love the condos they offer. They are clean and are equipped with everyhting you need. Easy and close access to the beach. The booking process and communication with Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals is easy and uncomplicated.

We’ve been tenants in Lands Ends for 5 years. Building 11, 401 is an end unit with panoramic views that can’t be beat. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, clean and comfortable, with all modern conveniences. No matter your pleasure, you’ll enjoy your time here. Whether beaching it or pool, Building 11, 401 is steps away from either.
