St Pete Isla Vista Verde E 2-111 Pond View! 2/2

My wife and I have stayed in this unit 4 times now and we are booked to go back for January 2026. The Condo is very clean and well maintained. It meets all of our needs with respect to amenities. The patio is great and overlooks the pond which is great for a day ending drink! The complex itself is spotless and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are kept very clean. The Sandy Beach staff are great to deal with. We did have one issue with the A/C while we were there. We contacted Sandy Beach who arranged a Service call that day and a staff member came onsite as we were out for the day while the Service Tech repaired the A/C. My wife and I highly recommend both Sandy Beach Rentals and this particular unit.

We stayed at Vista Verde East 2-111 !! The condo was so clean and they thought of everything that you may need for your stay!! Any questions or requests were answered so quickly! I highly recommend Sandy Beach for your next vacay!! : )
