La Coquina 105 – Beachside 2BR/2BA Condo Retreat | Steps to Gulf, Pool & Sunsets

We had a great stay! This beautiful super clean condo had everything we needed. We appreciated the blender for some margs and the in-unit washer/dryer came in handy! We brought our own beach gear, but there were chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler bag all available which was super cool to see. The view was beautiful and the short walk across Gulf Blvd was great to the beach. The pool was refreshing and clean and a great change of pace from the busy beach. Our only dislike was how loud/busy Gulf Blvd traffic was, but that comes with the territory of it being spring break and over all it wasn’t a deal breaker, just something to note. Would love to visit again!

Wife and I spent 3 great weeks at La Coquina in Madeira Beach. It was difficult to leave but “home” was waiting. This was our 3rd season in La Coquina. We are looking forward to next year - maybe even longer?

The condo was as advertised...clean, spacious, very nicely decorated with updated kitchen and bathrooms... and right across the street from the beach. John's Pass shopping is about 5 mins away. Many local restaurant options are short drives away as well. Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals were in constant contact via text messages...before arrival, during the stay and on the day of departure. Great stay! Highly recommend!!
