La Coquina 105 – Beachside 2BR/2BA Condo Retreat | Steps to Gulf, Pool & Sunsets

Excellent communication, beautiful condo. We enjoyed our vacation so much. Easily accessible to the beach right across the street. My kids loved the pool!! The condo was very clean and had everything you need to cook! We plan to rent again next year.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. Lots of kitchen supplies, towels and beach chairs and more! Location was perfect for us. The Patio over looking the beach was great for morning & evenings. It’s a short 2-3 walk to the beach. We will definitely return in the future. The communication with Sandy beach rentals was the best we’ve experienced with a rental company before.

Great beach view across the street. Clean, kitchen was adequately equipped. Host responded promptly to questions/concerns. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay! This beautiful super clean condo had everything we needed. We appreciated the blender for some margs and the in-unit washer/dryer came in handy! We brought our own beach gear, but there were chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler bag all available which was super cool to see. The view was beautiful and the short walk across Gulf Blvd was great to the beach. The pool was refreshing and clean and a great change of pace from the busy beach. Our only dislike was how loud/busy Gulf Blvd traffic was, but that comes with the territory of it being spring break and over all it wasn’t a deal breaker, just something to note. Would love to visit again!

Wife and I spent 3 great weeks at La Coquina in Madeira Beach. It was difficult to leave but “home” was waiting. This was our 3rd season in La Coquina. We are looking forward to next year - maybe even longer?
