La Coquina 105 – Beachside 2BR/2BA Condo Retreat | Steps to Gulf, Pool & Sunsets

Loved this Condo it is very spacious and very up to date modern location is extremely excellent will stay here again !

The condo was as advertised...clean, spacious, very nicely decorated with updated kitchen and bathrooms... and right across the street from the beach. John's Pass shopping is about 5 mins away. Many local restaurant options are short drives away as well. Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals were in constant contact via text messages...before arrival, during the stay and on the day of departure. Great stay! Highly recommend!!

Our family of four had a great 5 night stay at this property. Communication with the company who managed the property was excellent. The beach is directly across the street and easy to access. John’s Pass is a quick walk. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a small starter supply of toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels. Would have appreciated more lighting in the main area (dining area was dim), a dish rack, and some wall hooks throughout. Overall a good stay!
