St Pete Isla Vista Verde North Mirada Townhome 3/2 TH-21

We had such a wonderful vacation. This home is located in a quiet community and is close to all of our favorite beaches: Fort DeSoto, St. Pete Beach, Passé-a-grille; and just a short drive to Anna Maria Island. Publix is convenient and has everything you may need. The home itself has a well appointed kitchen if you don’t mind cooking while on vacation. The beds in each room are comfortable. A plus it that is does have a washer and dryer. We loved our stay.

Wonderful place, excellent service. We had a great time... The house is absolutely beautiful and would definitely rent it again. Sandy Beach service is exceptional.

The place was very clean, beds were very comfortable if you like a firm mattress. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for what we needed. I dropped one star due to the difficulty we had with the key pad. There were no instructions how to use it and it would take multiple times to enter code to gain access every time. The kitchen window had no seal on it and there were paper towels stuffed around it to keep the air out. The toaster wasn’t the best and partially broken. Most of the plug outlets were loose and our chargers would just fall out. The need to go to the office for a parking pass was a bit frustrating since their hours were 9-noon. It would be nice if those were waiting for us when we arrived. A welcome basket with some snacks, coffee pods, tea, and parking passes would be a nice touch especially for people who arrive late.

I was there for medical reasons and needed a comfy place to recover

We had a wonderful stay at Vista Verde North! Everything was as described and the location was perfect. They have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Working with the rental agency was simple and they were very quick to respond to a question that we had. Would stay again and will use them for future rental properties.
