We stayed in Ocean Sands unit 1107 for two weeks. It is a very nice unit with a great view.The kitchen was well supplied as were the two bathrooms. They also had beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for our use. Our only complaint is the three chairs. They are very uncomfortable and very difficult to get in and out of for an older couple that we are. It would’ve been nice to have had a recliner or an extra loveseat. One of the chairs was broken and we did text Sandy Beach Rentals and a maintenance man came out right away and fixed it. But the three chairs really need to be replaced. They are old. They have a lot of wear and tear on them.

Had a wonderful stay. Condo well supplied with everything needed. We had two couples with plenty of room. View best of all.
