This property was just perfect!! The room was very clean and the view was amazing!! We will be booking this property again hopefully very soon.

We had a great time at Sunset Vistas. This is our first time renting through Sandy Beach Resort but it’s our 7th time staying at Sunset Vistas! Communication was great the whole trip. We were able to check in early which was great! The room was very clean upon arrival. Added bonus the closet had tons of sand toys, pool noodles, coolers, chairs and beach towels to use. The view is why I booked this room, 610N had such a beautiful view of the beach, especially for sunset & early morning coffee for sunrise! Honestly we have no complaints about this room. I saw some reviews saying the couch was uncomfortable but we loved the couch, thought it was very comfortable. Plenty of seating on the balcony for everyone too. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the small appliances and utensils you would ever need. We will definitely be back and booking this same room in the future!

Great beachfront location in Treasure Island, FL. Property was well maintained and as described in the listing.

Tremendous place for a long weekend stay. The only major issue was the walkway work being done, luckily it was on the other side of the complex. I would have been disappointed if our condo was on that side. Condo was in perfect condition - the view was great, the bar and bartenders were awesome, and the close proximity to the beach was ideal. We will be making a return trip. The people smoking cigars on the balcony behind us make it impossible to sit outside at night - is there a smoking policy on the property or balconies?
