Sunset Vistas 610N: Top Floor Gulf Front Beauty

Great place and view for the money Positive: The view, location all the stuff that was already at unit. Lots of kitchen stuff with some supplies. Beach accessories. Negative: The pull out sofa bed. Not comfortable at all for the person who has to use it. Better to have 2 - twin beds in the other room. We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children so someone had to sleep on the couch.

We checked in with a non-working fridge, leaking washer, dirty coffee maker, and dirt swept into a pile by door. Cabinets are in awful shape, pieces pulling off, lopsided doors.. Property Managers help was to send a tech who could not repair during our stay, and make a big deal about calling the texh even though, as property manager, that is your responsibility. How about taking care of the short term renters who put their faith in this being a decent place to stay sith working and clean appliances and cabinets. There was NO offer to make right or reimburse us for having to use a laundry mat.

Family Beach Trip Positive: Location was excellent. Beach right out back, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance or short drive. We also had a closet stocked with beach gear to use. Washer and Dryer were very convenient. Management were very pleasant and attentive. Negative: Description of how many beds were in apartment was misleading. We made it work. Tiki bar was closed a couple of days but when it did open the margaritas were crazy expensive and not good.

Loved the location and the sunset view was amazing Positive: Location, and had a few extra things to enjoy Negative: Some was still under construction from the hurricane

This condo is not Gulf Front at the name implies, it does have a Gulf View and is on the side of the building. I went back and re-read the description, and it technically doesn't say "Gulf Front" except in the title, which the building is. But it also doesn't say its a side view condo. Just a little misleading. All-in-all it is a comfortable place to stay, but needs a little attention. The coffee maker worked, but had parts missing. (Can't pull out the pot while its still brewing) There were other issues that I'll overlook for now, as they were probably the result of Hurricane Milton.
