Sunset Vistas 610N: Top Floor Gulf Front Beauty

Tremendous place for a long weekend stay. The only major issue was the walkway work being done, luckily it was on the other side of the complex. I would have been disappointed if our condo was on that side. Condo was in perfect condition - the view was great, the bar and bartenders were awesome, and the close proximity to the beach was ideal. We will be making a return trip. The people smoking cigars on the balcony behind us make it impossible to sit outside at night - is there a smoking policy on the property or balconies?

5-Star Views, Great Stay — But Parking Needs ImprovementOverall, we had an excellent stay! The condo was clean, the views were beautiful, and the location is absolutely fabulous—right on the beach with easy access to both the ocean and the pool. Communication leading up to our trip was top-notch, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.The only issue we encountered during our 7-day stay was the parking situation, which was honestly a mess. Vehicles were parked along the sides and front of the building, making it hard to navigate. I saw several guests struggling to back out, and we heard multiple people mention their reserved spots were taken—including ours.One afternoon, after returning from the grocery store, we found someone in our reserved space. We went to the front office, and they said they would “try” to find the owner and told us to “just park out front.” We did exactly that—and received a parking violation because the area wasn’t part of Sunset Vista property.We spoke with the property manager, who basically said there was nothing they could do since we parked in the wrong spot—even though we followed the staff’s directions. It was frustrating and could’ve easily been avoided.Suggestion: Have guests provide license plate numbers at check-in so it’s easy to identify and contact those parked in the wrong spot. A quick phone call could save everyone a lot of aggravation.Despite that issue, we really did enjoy our time here and would return.

Good apartment, clean and very good location, I recommend it.

Great place and view for the money Positive: The view, location all the stuff that was already at unit. Lots of kitchen stuff with some supplies. Beach accessories. Negative: The pull out sofa bed. Not comfortable at all for the person who has to use it. Better to have 2 - twin beds in the other room. We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children so someone had to sleep on the couch.

Family Beach Trip Positive: Location was excellent. Beach right out back, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance or short drive. We also had a closet stocked with beach gear to use. Washer and Dryer were very convenient. Management were very pleasant and attentive. Negative: Description of how many beds were in apartment was misleading. We made it work. Tiki bar was closed a couple of days but when it did open the margaritas were crazy expensive and not good.
