Bayfront Bahia Vista 9-424 w/ Balcony, Pool & Minutes to St. Pete Beach

I have been renting through Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals for years, in my opinion they are the best and communication is great! I've rented different condos from them and have been very happy. You can't beat the view and the private beach is awesome.

First, we have been on both sides of the transaction now. We owned a unit and used Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals to manage our property. Since we sold our unit, we use SBVR when we visit. They are by far the best group, a real team working together to make visitors as comfortable and relaxed as possible. This unit we stayed in is fine. The tile floor is beautiful. Some portions of it are updated, mechanicals are good with temperatures steady, bedding is comfortable, appliances work well. Some of its appearance is drab and dated. We enjoyed our stay and would be willing to pay more to rent a more modernized unit.
