Madeira Place 303: 1BD/2BA Retreat Near John's

I loved the new bedroom furniture! It would be nice if this unit had hurricane sliding glass doors for the patio. I love the pantry, too. The sweeper doesn't pick up very well and the dishwasher is very old, although it works ok. The bottom rack is rusted and one or more of the spokes is broken from the rust. The oven is great and is kept very clean. The microwave oven is ancient but does its job. Despite all of this, I enjoy living here for 6 weeks during the winter. Thank you for all you do!! Fran

Location of this property is perfect for beachgoers. Walking distance to restaurants, great pool, place was very clean. However, very loud traffic until midnight.

Great Comdo Positive: Very clean, responsive staff and very friendly. The condo is mainly owned or rented to older folks it seemed like. It was a nice calm and quiet environment. The pool was large, with lots of lounge chairs. The walk to the beach was very short and simple. Only down fall was the pillows were too fluffy for my liking. Negative: In the living room you can hear the traffic through the sliding glass doors. It didn't seem to bother the kids when they slept on the sleeper sofa.
