Great place for a getaway Positive: The place was cute and dainty. It had everything you needed. It was clean and comfy. Negative: The place would be more presentable if the outside grounds were worked on. Their branches hovering to close to the picnic table made it hard to sit.

The Rock Lobster 2 unit was perfect for an affordable, cozy rental experience. It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and things to do within a short drive (or a ride in the trolley). The conditions of the unit (half of a 1-level duplex, were fine for what we were looking for. The only improvements we could hope for would be newer bedding (mattress and sheets/blankets) and perhaps more carpeting (the wood floors would get sandy even after doing our best to enter as sand-free as possible. That said, this is our second “Sandy Beach Excursion” and we would definitely choose renting from them again in the future!
