Sea Side #102 Gulf-Front 3BR Condo on Indian Rocks Beach – Stunning Views & Heated Pool

Our party of five stayed a week in August in this lovely condo. It appeared to be recently renovated, and it was VERY, VERY clean, and I am a stickler for clean! Finally a vacation rental that has enough seating in the family room for evenings relaxing in front of the TV or playing games. I liked the separation between the main bedroom and the other bedrooms, offering welcome privacy for when you need it. We got a lot of use out of the washer and dryer as well as the kitchen, where we ate most of our meals, and we didn't even want to go out to eat but one time. The attached condos were very quiet and seemed to be well maintained also. Because only four condos share the pool, most of the time the pool was completely empty, as the beach is literally just steps away. So, if the pool is more your vibe, you can easily relax and enjoy without a lot of people and noise. There is a storage closet by the pool for each condo. This is so convenient for storing beach and pool supplies and not having to lug them back up to the condo. There were plenty of beach towels in the condo as well. The things I loved the most were the proximity to the uncrowded beach and the SUNSET views. Absolutely beautiful. The last night we were there, several young people came to the beach after dinner and put on a show with their skimboards. That was very entertaining, even watching from the balcony. At sunset, they all stood quietly and reverently, watching the sun go down, with their boards at their sides. When we firs arrived there, the WIFI wasn't working, but they fixed it very quickly once we reported it. Turns out, something was unplugged, so it was a quick fix. If I had to nit pick, my only suggestion would be to add more cooking supplies, such as more saucepans and a larger pan/cookie sheet, as well as a pizza stone. But seriously - we are so happy to have found this lovely, relaxing getaway!

This was our third stay and it was another fantastic experience!! The views and the condo itself are beautiful, and you can't beat how close it is to the beach. The location is near anything you could need, and the host is wonderful. We can't wait to come back!!

Wonderful week at this condo for our family of seven. Beautiful sunsets and right on the beach. Pool was great. We especially appreciated the numerous beach towels and beach chairs provided. Condo well-stocked. Highly recommended!
